Florence Event Co. was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Even though we hired them as our day-of coordinators, their support started well before the big day — and it made all the difference. Miranda was always available in the weeks leading up to the wedding to answer questions, offer advice, and help us feel completely prepared and at ease. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. Miranda’s calming presence and Mandy’s incredible eye for detail made it all feel like a dream. They handled the little bumps with so much grace and professionalism that we were able to be fully present and soak in every moment. Mandy was amazing at transforming the venue — her attention to detail tied all our vendors’ work together beautifully. They also made sure to incorporate every meaningful tradition we cared about, from special songs to cultural dances and décor. Everything felt intentional and deeply personal to us. My husband and I got married in October 2025, and all I can say is that Mandy was an absolute DREAM to work with!! We were planning to do most of the planning myself but knew we wanted someone there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly. As soon as we talked with Miranda and Mandy we knew they were the team for us. They were so sweet and down to earth, but also knowledgeable and professional. Even though we did the day-of package, they were excellent throughout the months leading up to the day in answering questions and making recommendations when needed. The day of Mandy was phenomenal! The entire day went perfectly thanks to her coordination and she had everything cleaned up within minutes of our event ending which allowed our family and friends to enjoy the after party with us. We were so grateful to not have to worry about anything so we could enjoy the day from start to finish and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
